My name is Richard Kartch, the owner and founder of Home Inspection Systems, Inc.  We are a licensed Illinois Home Inspection company (Lic. 450.00001069).

My company has been inspecting homes for eight years and has completed over 3500 inspections.

We work for YOU, no one else.

Continuing education is a requirement of the state of Illinois to hold a license.  We are required to complete six to twelve CEU's every year to stay abreast of new building methods and materials.

We inspect a home as if we were going to buy it and live in it.

We are available afterwards for any questions which might arise after the inspection is complete.

As long-standing members of NACHI, a nationwide organization of certified Home Inspectors, we have taken numerous courses to comply with membership rules and have taken an oath of conduct to perform in a  very professional manner.
